I received a complimentary ticket for the 6 & 7 April show are my tickets still valid?No, Please be advised that these originally issued tickets will be canceled due to a necessary change in the date of the event. To accommodate this change, new complimentary tickets will be issued for the revised event dates. If you are interested in attending, you must initiate a conversation with the contact who originally granted you the complimentary tickets, as they will facilitate the process of getting your new tickets. |
What happens if the weather is bad again?In the event of a weather postponement, we will collaborate closely with our partners to ensure attendees retain their tickets for the next event. |
I missed the refund deadline & can’t make the new event dateIf you choose to hold onto your ticket and realise that you still are unable to attend the future date but it is after the refund window has closed, you have the option to resell the ticket at the price you purchased via Howler’s resale platform. Resale will be open closer to the event date. |
